Talk. Talk. Talk. So much of what marketers do is talk and announce. That’s all well and good but it’s also important to listen. That’s right - to sit down, shut up and listen. Listen to what the customers are saying. Listen to lapsed users, competitive users and forgotten users. To better understand what they like, and why, what they need and what’s really going on. And there are so many ways to listen - much of it inexpensive, unfiltered and genuine. How much time did you spend listening last week?
